This year, USQ is producing two high-quality livestreams. All games on Pitches 1 and 2 will be streamed on Twitch. To be sure you don’t miss out on your team’s game, we recommend following both channels and setting up push notifications so you can be notified when games begin.
On Saturday and Sunday, the homepage of usquidditcup.com will be transformed into a premium viewing experience! Follow scores and the livestreams at the same time. You’ll even be able to watch both livestreams on the same screen!
Additionally, this weekend usquidditch.org will temporarily redirect to usquidditchcup.com. If you still need to access information on the USQ website, we recommend bookmarking the login page and going there first. Direct links to internal pages will still open!
All times are in MT.
USQ Cup is being held at the Regional Athletic Complex in partnership with the City of Salt Lake City, Sports Salt Lake, and the Utah Sports Commission.
2280 North Rose Park Lane
Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Here is the site map. It is also available on the event website.
Parking is free. Spectators should enter via the left/north entrance to get their tickets scanned prior to parking. Players who did not check in on Friday night should be dropped off at the center entrance. All attendees must get their wrist stamped prior to parking.
Please note that there is another event taking place on the right/south part of the complex. Attendees of USQ Cup who try to enter via the right entrance will be directed to the left or center entrance.
There is currently a chance of rain in the forecast for Saturday morning and into the afternoon. The event will take place rain or shine, and we encourage attendees to come prepared for the weather. Attendees should bring a rain jacket or poncho. Pop-up tents and canopies may be set up throughout the complex, but may not be set up within the lines of the gameplay pitches. There is bleacher seating available on Pitch 1 only. We recommend spectators bring a chair or blanket to avoid sitting on wet ground. There is also covered seating available in the Fan Festival.
There is a slight chance of thunderstorms on Saturday. Should lightning strike within 10 miles of the complex, play will be stopped for at least 30 minutes. When play is stopped, we ask that all attendees either return to their cars or seek shelter underneath the tents in the Fan Festival. Play will resume again when there has been at least 30 minutes since the last lightning strike.
The forecast for Sunday is cool and sunny. More information on the forecast can be found on the National Weather Service website.
USQ Cup staff will be monitoring thunderstorms via WeatherBug. Weather updates will be communicated directly to attendees on-site as well as online through USQ’s Discord server.
Grab a broom and experience the fun with your entire family! Learn to catch a snitch, throw a quaffle, block a bludger, and more during youth quidditch workshops throughout the day. Workshops will be taking place next to Team Village in front of Pitch 1.
Throughout the entire weekend, we’re inviting you to take part in the USQ Photo Scavenger Hunt! Go on a magical adventure and meet the players and staff behind the event and win cool prizes by solving riddles and discovering what Salt Lake City has to offer!
We have some fantastic vendors taking part in the event this weekend. From merch to a variety of food trucks, you can find them below and on our event’s website here.
