Membership registration is open for the 2020-21 season. Teams are encouraged to double check that their accounts are up to date. Plus, reminders about COVID-19 safety plans and policies.
As of July 1, the 2020-21 season has begun! We want to make sure that renewing and new members are aware of the registration process for this season, along with sharing reminders about COVID-19 safety plans and policies.
Full information on membership prices are available here. Members should sign up through this form, which was utilized in the spring for early registration. Currently, we are making a number of updates to the registration process on our website and once those updates are complete, we will commence membership registration through our website again.
Normally, USQ conducts updates to our website database in July, resetting individual and team accounts in preparation for the start of the new season. However, memberships aren’t being processed through the website at this time. We are refraining from completing all of these resets until August. We encourage teams to take advantage of this extra time to double check that their USQ account is current with the correct contact email address, profile information and administrator(s).
To check your team’s e-mail address and profile information, login to your account on the USQ website and go to the My Team page, then click on Information. To view team admins, go to the My Team Page, then click on Roster.

Our full plan for next season regarding events, membership, and gameplay will be released on July 29. We are also developing additional safety plans in conjunction with Major League Quidditch, in order to develop safety standards and benchmarks for resuming play that can be used across both leagues. We are also modifying our member waiver to address COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. All renewing and new members will be required to agree to the terms of this waiver in order to participate in member programs and events. That waiver will be available later this summer, as part of the website updates that were mentioned above.
