Spring 2019 Youth Quidditch Workshops

US Quidditch has launched an initiative to highlight those within our community that will be hosting youth quidditch workshops this spring.

US Quidditch has long recognized the outstanding efforts of the teams and individuals that have dedicated themselves to inspiring the next generation of quidditch athletes to become impassioned about our sport through youth quidditch workshops. Hosting these workshops is an effective way to increase the visibility of our sport, in addition to planting the roots for future growth. It also provides the opportunity for workshop leaders to sharpen their leadership skills by brushing up on the basics.

For those participating, these workshops are a great opportunity to stay active while learning all about a brand new sport that balances both mental and physical skill. There are also many opportunities beyond the workshops to get involved with the sport. From starting your own team to joining a college or community team down the road—quidditch can be found across the country and we are eager to share it with you!

If you or your team has an interest in hosting a workshop anytime during 2019, please fill out our form linked here as we’d love to highlight your workshop. Otherwise please check out the workshop opportunities below, and email youth@usquidditch.org with any questions!
