The US Quidditch Board of Directors is currently in a recruitment phase and is looking for additional members.

The Board of Directors is primarily responsible for guiding the long-term strategic vision of the league and ensuring its financial solvency. The board meets in person two times per year and holds conferences calls once per month to set and guide the long-term mission and financial health of the organization.
All candidates must demonstrate a vested interest in the sport of quidditch, but are not otherwise required to be involved in its play or management. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Strong candidates should have a developed sense of professionalism and decorum, a diverse skill set, and some management experience, whether on their quidditch team, within USQ, or elsewhere in their professional life. The best candidates will have a strong vision for the future of the league and the ability to articulate it.
Board members are expected to donate up to 10 hours per month, primarily through meetings, board committees, and email communication. Members of the board support USQ programs and staff, and are involved in league fundraising projects. One of the in person board meetings takes place after US Quidditch Cup. Board members are also asked to make a personal financial contribution each year to USQ of which they can be proud. Board members serve for a three year term.
