Annual End of Year Member Survey for the 2017-18 Season

The annual member survey for the 2017-18 season is now available, and feedback is being solicited until July 8, 2018. 

Every year at the end of the season, USQ releases a survey that all our members (including players, coaches, referees, snitches, and fans) can fill out. We use the information collected to better understand the current demographics of our membership and to gain feedback from members on a variety of issues.

All members are encouraged to fill out the 2017-18 member survey. It is available here. The survey will be open until Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 11:59pm ET. Individual survey responses will be kept confidential.

Information about the membership plan for next season, including pricing for team and individual memberships, will be released today, June 21.
