University of Rochester Thestrals and Quidditch Club Boston win NERC

University of Rochester Thestrals won the collegiate division title and Quidditch Club Boston won the community division title at the Northeast Regional Championship in Rochester, New York.

22 teams participated in the regional championship, which took place at Total Sports Experience in Rochester, New York on November 18-19, 2017. The final standings are listed below. Teams in bold have qualified for US Quidditch Cup 11. At this tournament, nine bids went to the collegiate division and one bid went to the community division. 88 teams will be attending the national championship in Round Rock, Texas over April 14 and 15, 2018.
