SCHEDULE

Saturday, November 18: 

7:00 am —Teams arrive, player check-in for those who didn’t check-in on Friday, captains/coaches meeting with TD for those didn’t make it on Friday, officials meeting for head referees, lead assistant referees, and snitch runners
7:30-7:40 am — Opening Ceremonies
8:00 am — Games begin
4:15 pm — Games end 

Sunday, November 19:

7:00 am —Teams arrive, player check-in for those who didn’t check-in on Friday or Saturday, officials check-in for head referees, lead assistant referees, and snitch runners
8:00 am — Games begin
12:15 pm — Youth quidditch, field 4
2:15 pm — Collegiate championship and final collegiate division qualifier game
4:00 pm — Medal presentation 

Youth quidditch is a non-contact adaption of the sport that’s great for all ages. To participate, come to the HQ tent and fill out a waiver. We’ll give the participant a wristband. Show up at the kids area at the designated time. We will provide all the teachers and equipment!

FOOD AND PARKING

Food will be available for purchase on site. Free parking is available.

VENDORS

USQ merchandise will be available for sale. We are selling event t-shirts, zip-ups, and more. We accept credit cards and cash.

LIVESTREAM

Select games may be livestreamed through USQ’s Facebook Page. Fans can also follow The Eighth Man and The Quidditch Post for additional coverage.

Northeast Regional Championship is in partnership with Monroe County Sports Commission.
