Regionals Hotel Registration Launches Monday, September 25
Learn more about the process of booking hotels for regional championships this season. Hotel request forms will go live for all regionals, except South, on Monday, September 25 at 5pm ET.

Hotel registration for regional championships will launch on Monday, September 25 at 5pm ET. For South Regional Championship, we are working with our partners to get hotels finalized as soon as possible. Hotel registration for that event will launch on Monday, October 2 at 5pm ET.
Process
The full list of team registration requirements is available on the player page of each regional championship here. To see a team's current registration status, please view this spreadsheet.
- Teams must fill out the appropriate hotel request form. A list of the forms will be available on this page below on Monday, September 25 at 5pm ET.
- USQ staff will assign teams to hotels on a first come, first serve basis based their preference when possible, as well as room availability at each property. Teams will be contacted within two business days of filling out the hotel request form.
- Once a team has been assigned a hotel, they will be given instructions on how to book.
- Teams must reserve hotel rooms by the registration deadline listed below.
Please note that hotels may have additional deadlines that teams may need to adhere to. Those deadlines will be communicated by the hotels to the teams during the booking process.

Teams must also complete the requirements listed here to be eligible to compete officially in all events, not just USQ hosted regional and national championships.
Stay and Play Exemption
As a reminder, teams requesting an exemption from the stay and play policy must fill out this form no later than 5 weeks before their regional championship or US Quidditch Cup. USQ staff will contact applicants within 2 business days and either issue an official approval, a provisional approval (subject to the roster review detailed on the stay and play policy page), request more information, or deny the exemption application.
