Saturday, February 11:
7 a.m.— Set-up begins with staff and volunteers
8:00 a.m. —Teams arrive and check-in begins (for players who did not check-in Friday)
8:00 a.m. — Gates open to the public
8:20 a.m. — Opening Ceremonies begin
8:30 a.m. — Coaches and captains meeting for those that didn’t check in on Friday, Referee and Snitch Runner Meeting
9:00 a.m. — Games begin
11:00 a.m.— Youth quidditch
2:00 p.m.— Youth quidditch
5:40 p.m. — Games end, clean-up begins with staff and volunteers
Sunday, February 12:
7:00 a.m.— Set-up begins with staff and volunteers
8:00 a.m. — Teams arrive
8:00 a.m. — Gates open to the public
9:00 a.m. — Games begin
10:20 a.m. — Quarter finals begin
12:00 p.m.— Youth quidditch
1:00 p.m. — Semifinals
3:00 p.m.— Youth quidditch
4:30 p.m. — Championship match
5:10 p.m. — Closing ceremony
Youth quidditch is a non-contact adaption of the sport that’s great for all ages. To participate, come to the HQ tent and fill out a waiver. We’ll give the participant a wristband. Show up at the kids area at the designated time. We will provide all the teachers and equipment!
Food
Food will be available for purchase on site, including hot dogs, nachos, barbecue, pizza and subs
Vendors
USQ merchandise will be available for sale. We are selling trading cards, event t-shirts, hats, zip-ups, and more. We accept credit cards and cash. Rumble and Roar will also be on-site.

11:00 a.m. - Gainesville Siege vs. Southern Storm
12:20 p.m. - Carolina Heat vs. University of Southern Mississippi
1:00 p.m. - Gainesville Siege vs. Flying Panthers Quidditch Club
3:40 p.m. - Carolina Heat vs. Florida State University
4:20 p.m. - Florida’s Finest vs. College of Charleston
5:00 p.m. - Southern Storm vs. Flying Panthers
