Print Edition of Rulebook 10
USQ would like to announce the release of the print edition of Rulebook 10. It is still available here for free in PDF format. It will be available to purchase as a hard copy for $9.99 the first week of January in USQ’s online store and at all remaining USQ events in the 2016-17 season. In the meantime, you may order a copy from Amazon here.
The print edition of the rulebook contains several minor revisions from the previously released PDF. Most of the edits are either related to formatting (for example, outline notations appearing out of order) or metric conversions. In addition to those edits, two penalties in Appendix B were incorrectly placed and have been updated. Appendix B originally listed “5.3.1. Intentionally or repeatedly failing to complete any part of the knockout procedure” as a red card. However it is a yellow card. That penalty was moved to Appendix B’s yellow card section. Also, in Appendix B, “9.1.2. Taking any action to prevent or delay an opponent’s recovery of a turned over ball,” was incorrectly listed as a turnover penalty. It is now listed as a “back to hoops.”
