Saturday, November 12:
7:00 a.m.— Set-up begins with staff and volunteers
8:00 a.m. —Teams arrive and check-in begins (for players who did not check-in Friday)
8:00 a.m. — Gates open to the public
8:20 a.m. — Opening Ceremonies begin
8:30 a.m. — Coaches and captains meeting for those that didn’t check in on Friday, Referee and Snitch Runner Meeting
9:00 a.m. — Games begin
11:00 a.m.— Youth quidditch
2:20 p.m.— Youth quidditch
5:00 p.m. — Games end, clean-up begins with staff and volunteers
Sunday, November 13:
7:00 a.m.— Set-up begins with staff and volunteers
8:00 a.m. — Teams arrive
8:00 a.m. — Gates open to the public
9:00 a.m. — Games begin
10:20 a.m. — Quarter finals begin
11:40 a.m.— Youth quidditch
1:00 p.m. — Semifinals
1:40 p.m.— Youth quidditch
4:15 p.m. — Championship match
4:45 p.m. — Closing ceremony
Ida’s Food Truck will have gyros, nachos, burgers, salads, and some other healthier options. The other food vendor will be selling smoked meats. Both will be on-site Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm.
USQ merchandise will be available for sale. We are selling trading cards, event t-shirts, hats, zip-ups, and more. We accept credit cards and cash. Also, Franklin Broom Works will be on-site selling locally handcrafted brooms of all sizes.
