5:45 a.m.— Set-up begins with staff and volunteers
7:00 a.m. —Teams arrive and check-in begins (for players who did not check-in Friday)
7:00 a.m. — Gates open to the public
7:30 a.m. — Opening Ceremonies begin
7:40 a.m. — Coaches and captains meeting for those that didn’t check in on Friday
8:00 a.m. — Games begin
10:00 a.m. — Youth quidditch group instruction
1:20 p.m. — Youth quidditch group instruction
5:00 p.m. — Games end, clean-up begins with staff and volunteers
7:00 a.m.— Set-up begins with staff and volunteers

8:00 a.m. — Gates open to the public
9:00 a.m. — Games begin
10:20 a.m. — Youth quidditch group instruction
11:30 a.m. — Quarter-finals begin

4:15 p.m. — Closing ceremony
Youth quidditch is a non-contact adaption of the sport that’s great for all ages. To participate, come to the HQ tent and fill out a waiver. We’ll give the participant a wristband. Show up at the kids area at the designated time. We will provide all the teachers and equipment!
Food will be available for purchase on site. Local restaurant the Irish Penny will be selling sandwiches, fruit bowls, salads, grilled chicken wraps, and other items.
USQ merchandise will be available for sale. We are selling trading cards, event t-shirts, hats, zip-ups, and more. We accept credit cards and cash.
