Show your support for US Quidditch on #GivingTuesday this year!
Here at US Quidditch, we envision a future where every person in the United States is aware of quidditch as a sport and has opportunities to play and engage at all levels. With your support, we can continue our work to grow and govern the sport of quidditch.
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, USQ focuses on advancing the sport of quidditch by organizing events and programs that build community and empower all genders to compete together. You can learn more about our core values and mission here.
Here are 7 ways you can make an impact today on #GivingTuesday:
By becoming a US Quidditch donor, you’re empowering future leaders and advancing gender inclusivity in sports. Your gift helps us host high-quality events and support regular season competition that spreads awareness and appreciation for our unique sport.
Every dollar we raise ensures that we can continue delivering quality events, programs, and initiatives while keeping membership fees low—from hosting nine major tournaments and supervising regular season competition, to training and certifying referees, snitches, and tournament directors, offering team grants, and working to expand the sport into younger age groups through outreach programs at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Whether it’s a one-time gift, or joining as a monthly donor, your support is invaluable to the success of the league—and all donations are tax-deductible.

If you're shopping on Amazon, you can help support USQ! Start each time through smile.amazon.com, and they will donate a percentage back to USQ. It’s no additional cost to you, and it’s an easy way to make a difference!
Support the league and show off your passion for the sport by purchasing USQ merchandise through our DFTBA store here.
Whether as a player, official, or fan, your membership to USQ is a great way of becoming involved in the league. Funds from the membership program reach far and wide—from the snitch runner certification program to providing housing to volunteers at league events, membership does more than help players, referees, snitches, and more participate in quidditch games. Even if you don’t currently compete, buying a membership says that you support the work that USQ does and that you think it’s worthwhile. You can learn more about membership here.
In-kind donations come in all shapes and sizes. If you have office equipment or supplies that you would like to donate, or if you can support our events by providing food or t-shirts for volunteers, printing, video equipment, or other items or services, please email info@usquidditch.org. In-kind donors receive a charitable donation letter for tax purposes.
Did you know that many companies will double your donation to US Quidditch by matching your contribution dollar for dollar? When combined with your donation, these gifts can double or sometimes even triple your support to USQ.
Contact your company's Human Resources or Community Relations department to see if they have a matching gift program. If they do, complete the steps provided by your employer either online or by mail. If not completed online, please return your form to US Quidditch, PO Box 79304, Charlotte, NC 28271, or contact us by email at info@usquidditch.org.
If you’re not able to make a donation directly, you can help spread the word this #GivingTuesday about the work US Quidditch does to build an inclusive sport.
For questions about how to donate and support US Quidditch, please contact Executive Director Sarah Woolsey at info@usquidditch.org.
