The U.S. National Team is raising funds to cover competition and travel cups for the International Quidditch Association's World Cup in Frankfurt, Germany. 21 athletes from around the country are representing the United States in this international competition featuring over two dozen countries. Joining the athletes in Germany are head coach James Hick, assistant head coach Mollie Lensing, and team manager Sarah Woolsey.
The initial goal is $2,700. That will cover the team registration fee, player fees, and hotel costs. Any amount raised above that will cover player uniforms, ground transportation, and flights.
Click here to donate! Any amount helps.
As the fundraiser goes on, we’ll be telling fans about each of the amazing athletes on Team USA. Follow #RepresentTheBest on Twitter and Instagram to see their stories.
