Annual End of Year Member Survey for 2015-16 Season
The member survey for the 2015-16 season is now open.
Every year at the end of the season, USQ releases a survey that all our members (including players, coaches, referees, snitches, and fans) can fill out. We use the information collected to better understand the current demographics of our membership and to gain feedback from members on a variety of issues.
All members are encouraged to fill out the 2015-16 member survey here. The survey will be open until Thursday, June 30 at 11:59pm EST. Individual survey responses will be kept confidential.
As a reminder, college/community split survey is still open. All members are invited to participate in the feedback process for the split by filling out a survey available on this page. The survey is open until Sunday, June 5 at 11:59pm EST. Any changes in eligibility requirements for teams and players along with additional information about the split will be announced in mid to late June.
