Saturday, February 27:

6:45 a.m. —Teams arrive
7 a.m. — Gates open to the public
7:25 a.m. — Teams line up for Opening Ceremonies
7:30 a.m. — Opening Ceremonies begin. **We'll take a group photo during this time**
7:45 a.m. — Opening Ceremonies conclude
8 a.m. — Games begin
1:40 p.m. — Youth quidditch
5:20 p.m. — Games end

Sunday, February 28:

8 a.m. — Teams arrive and Gates open to the public
9 a.m. — Games begin
12:20 p.m. — Quarterfinals
1:00 p.m. - Youth quidditch
1:40 p.m. — Semifinal 1 and 2
3:00 p.m. — Championship Game
3:40 p.m. — Medal presentation and closing ceremony

Youth quidditch is a non-contact adaption of the sport that’s great for all ages.

The event is being held at the Intramural Fields on campus at University of California Los Angeles. The address is 221 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095. West Regional Championship is in partnership with UCLA Recreation and UCLA Quidditch.
