US Quidditch Now Recruiting for an Executive Director
Following the announcement in April of the departure of USQ founders Alex Benepe and Alicia Radford, USQ is now recruiting for an Executive Director who is an experienced nonprofit leader with a passion for promoting inclusivity in sports and an understanding of the important role competition and community play in the lives of individuals of all ages.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in board development, fund development, fiscal management, and staff and volunteer management.
The executive search is being conducted with the firm Loveall Price & Associates, whose consultants have spent the past 30 days doing a thorough organizational assessment of USQ to ensure that our search is targeting the skills and attributes that USQ’s next leader will need to implement USQ’s strategic plan and guide the organization into its next phase.
“This is an exciting time for USQ,” said Alicia Radford, USQ’s current Acting Executive Director. “We have grown so much in five short years, and with our strategic plan we have a solid roadmap in place for the future. I’m looking forward to finding USQ’s next Executive Director and seeing where USQ goes in the next five years.”
