Three teams have officially withdrawn from World Cup and three new teams will replace them.
The following teams have withdrawn from USQ World Cup 8:
Marquette University Quidditch (Midwest)
Florida Gulf Coast Quidditch (South)
Grand Valley Grindylows (Midwest)
Their spots have been offered to three new teams, from the withdrawing teams’ regions:
Illinois State University Firebirds (Midwest)
RCQC (South)
Ohio University Flying Bobcats (Midwest)
Illinois State, Ohio University, and RCQC have all officially accepted their spots.
