USQ congratulates the Boise Abraxans on their first Northwest Regional Championship. The Boise State Abraxans were undefeated on the weekend and sealed their victory with a win over the Western Washington Wyverns 180*-60.
USQ congratulates the Boise Abraxans on their first Northwest Regional Championship. The Boise State Abraxans were undefeated and sealed their victory with a win over the Western Washington Wyverns 180*-60.
The Northwest qualified three teams for USQ World Cup 8, which will take place on April 11-12 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. All seven teams in order of their final ranking are:
1. Boise State Abraxans
2. Western Washington Wyverns
3. University of British Columbia Quidditch
4. British Columbia Quidditch Club
5. Boise State Thestrals
6. The Moscow Manticores at the University of Idaho
7. Portland Augureys
The first alternate from the Northwest will be British Columbia Quidditch Club. The full score sheet from the tournament can be found here.
