Lone Star Quidditch Club took home the crown as the US Quidditch Southwest Regional Champions today, and qualified for USQ World Cup along with 16 other Southwest region teams.

After two long days of exciting games in front of a large local spectator crowd, Lone Star Quidditch Club emerged victorious defeating Baylor University, 170*-100.
Twenty-two teams participated in the regional championship, and the final standings are listed below. Teams in bold are USQ World Cup 8 qualifiers and will be among the 80 teams nationally that have received a spot at Rock Hill, South Carolina this April 11-12:
