USQ Seeks South, West Regional Directors
Us Quidditch wants to hire you as our next South or West regional director!
US Quidditch is seeking to fill the positions of south regional director and west regional director.
The regional director works with their team of teams representatives to better the region as a whole. Projects such as organizing youth quidditch events, establishing a high school league, supporting various tournaments in the region, etc. are at your fingertips. The regional director has the power to affect real change and to further the expansion of quidditch in their region.
Key duties & responsibilities:

Foster growth in the community of regional quidditch players

Serve as a conduit for team information heading to the USQ, and USQ information heading to the teams
-
Provide resources and support for new and forming teams
-
Work with regional tournaments to sanction them or give support otherwise
-
Participate in weekly Skype/phone calls with other regional directors about events, issues, etc. going on in the region

Manage a staff of teams representatives and other regional volunteers to improve and expand the region
​Required qualifications:
-
1 year of quidditch experience, or equivalent knowledge/education about the USQ

High School Diploma/GED
-
leadership experience
-
Excellent and prompt communication skills
-
Frequent access to email, Facebook, Skype, etc.

Proficient with data management (Excel spreadsheets, etc.)

Works well on a team as well as a leader
-
Detail-oriented
-
Organization and time management skills
-
