Apply to be Southern Regional Director
The IQA is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and charismatic member of the Southern community to become the next Southern Regional Director. The South Region consists of Alabama, Florida Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
The Southern Regional Director will work closely with the other RDs and with the region's State and Expansion Representatives to foster environments of competition, creativity, and community within the region. RDs can expect to work about 20-25 hours per week.
This position is not for the faint-hearted, but will be extremely rewarding for those who step up to the challenge. Those who are interested in improving the region and the sport of quidditch are encouraged to apply.
The application process will consist of the following:
-Submission of a resume, cover letter, and two letters of recommendation
-Completion of a short-answer supplement that will provide insight into candidate's leadership instincts
-An interview with the Teams Director (and possibly other IQA staff)

Join the West x Southwest Tournament Planning Committee
The second annual WxSW Tournament Planning Committee is now accepting applications for Assistant Tournament Director, Gameplay, Hospitality, and Marketing directors along with Ref and Snitch coordinators. The Director is interested in hiring dedicated volunteers from both the Southwest and the West regions. Descriptions of the positions can be found here. Everyone is encouraged to apply! Simply send an email to the director at kendall.newman@internationalquidditch.org stating the position for which you'd like to apply. Please include your name, team and region affiliation, years and level of quidditch involvement, previous leadership experience, and your vision for the tournament as well. Your help is needed to make this tournament a success!
Apply to be Development DirectorThe position of Development Director remains open. As head of the development department, the director will be responsible for organizing all major projects and managing the development staff in order to execute successful programs from kidditch (youth quidditch) to fundraising and grant letter writing. The Director will work on a volunteer basis for 15-20 hours per week. More information on this position can be found by visiting our open volunteer positions page.
