Apply for Southern California State Representative The IQA is seeking applicants for the position of Southern California State Representative. Applications due by 11:59 PM on Sunday, June 30. Key duties & responsibilities: -Building relationships with existing teams -Generating monthly reports about teams statuses and local events -Creating a state identity -Participating in twice monthly Skype/phone calls to update state reps and the Regional director about events, issues, etc. going on in the region -Giving support and resources to new teams -Assisting Regional Director to plan & support regional tournaments and conferences -Working with other state volunteers, state reps and the Regional Director to improve and expand region Required knowledge, skills, & abilities: -At least 1 year of quidditch experience, or has proficient knowledge about the IQA, the organizational structure, etc. -Excellent and prompt communication skills -Frequent access to email, Facebook, Skype, etc. -Proficient with data management (excel spread sheets, etc.) -Initiative/Self-starter -Works well on a team -Detail-oriented -Organization and time management skills -Passion for quidditch
