"We would like to thank the whole quidditch community for their thoughts and prayers for Keith's family, our team, and our university," said Curtis Taylor, outgoing captain and co-founder of Marquette Quidditch. "We have truly been touched by the outreach and support this community has offered us in this hard time."
Carr's loss is felt by the entire quidditch community. A prayer service will be held today, Thursday June 13th at 12:15PM in the Alumni Memorial Union at Marquette's campus in Milwaukee. The Marquette quidditch team will also be organizing a "Brooms Up" event in memoriam of Carr; more information about the event will be posted here as it becomes available.
