"It's hardly to say just one favorite thing. I am Felias Kawior, the Event Coordinator at FAdQ (Argentinian Quidditch Federation) and I got used to refereeing the matches by myself (helped by the staff itself), coordinating the teams to present Snitch Runners (because we don't have a "snitches team"), etc.
At WCVI I surely can say we have seen A LOT. And by a lot I mean the amount of snitches you have, the amount of teams that have played in the tournament (I didn't know, at first, that there'd be so many of them) and the quality of organization. If I have been stressed by organizating two Cups in Buenos Aires last weeks (03-16 and 04-21), I can't even think the work you've done.
But trying to answer the main question, I will say one thing: to know there are so many people interested in the same stuff, people that will come together from different regions and states and, if possible, from abroad just for quiditch, people that have the same passion and will give EVERYTHING to keep that up, is what has encouraged me to keep on moving in the quidditch formation.
I have seen a united, developed and improved organization which shows the work for years. Honestly, It'd been an honor for us (Argentina) watch the World Cup and be part of it, even in distance."
From Facebook we received the following responses:
"If I was to choose one thing, it would be Texas vs A&M game's catch of the snitch. Simply epic!"
"Being able to compete against top-notch talent from all across the world. It's something that I will never forget. Also, the Opening Ceremonies were pretty beast."
"Meeting all the new people and to know that wherever I looked, there were quidditch players around that shared the same passion for this beautiful sport."
"How the players were really friendly and nice with my 2yr old son."
