The ideal candidate is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with tax-filing experience who has worked with other corporations, particularly non-profits.
However, any IQA supporter studying or working in finance and experienced at using Excel and/or QuickBooks to manage finances is welcome to apply and will find that there is volunteer work available at any level. Students at the undergraduate or masters levels are welcome to apply as well.
The IQA is a 501(c)(3) organization, so any work performed in these roles can qualify for community or academic service requirements. Additionally, while all of these positions are initially volunteer, the IQA is planning to expand rapidly over the next several years, and financial management will become one of the first services the the league will likely need to pay for once it is able.
