Responsibilities:
-Building relationships with existing teams
-Generating monthly reports about teams statuses and local events
-Participating in bi-weekly Skype/phone calls to update state reps and the Regional director about events, issues, etc. going on in the region
-Giving support and resources to new teams
-Assisting Regional Director to plan & support regional tournaments and conferencesWorking with other state volunteers, state reps and the Regional Director to improve and expand region
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of quidditch experience, or has proficient knowledge about the IQA, the organizational structure, etc.
-Excellent and prompt communication skills
-Frequent access to email, Facebook, Skype, etc.
-Proficient with data management (excel spread sheets, etc.)
-Initiative/Self-starter (aka a “people” person)
-Works well on a team
-Detail-oriented
-Organization and time management
-Passion for quidditch
