Score Submission and Event Report Guide

TDs should submit scores within two days of the event. USQ may take up to two weeks to submit scores from their events, due to the volume of games played at these tournaments. If a TD needs more time than two days, they should email events@usquidditch.org. TDs also have to submit a post-event report through the USQ website.

Score Submission Instructions

To submit scores, login to the USQ website, then under the dashboard, click "my events" on the header, then "submit scores" on the left side. There are two options for score submission: "Add Game" to submit one score at a time, or "Import Games" to bulk upload scores from an event. Please note that these options will only become available after the event date.

To import games, a .csv file must be uploaded with the same columns and format as the sample document attached to this page. If you are using a google spreadsheet to keep track of the scores at your tournament, as long as the column headers are the same items and in the same order, you can go to File -> Download As -> .csv file. To view a google spreadsheet version of the column names, please click here.
