The 9th annual River City Invitational will be dual-hosted by the Wizengamot Quidditch of VCU and Richmond Quidditch. RCI is an unofficial, end-of-the-season tournament that will accept 8-10 teams. Preference will be given to Virginia teams but there will most likely be extra space.
