Garrosh Garrosh, on his own is a novice
Garrosh Garrosh, on his own is a novice with no experience and has no experience that he can draw upon. He was raised as an isolated child and was not confronted with WOW Burning Crusade Classic Gold any significant enemy or conflict to strengthen him. The ogre tribes relocated to Nagrand only recently after the Bladespire gained control of their territories in the north. Although he was given training but it is part of the orc's custom to hunt and fight. This is merely an inference. He spends the entirety of TBC doing nothing to combat Illidan or the Legion or Illidan. Wrath is the sole time when you could argue his training was adequate and he had experience in fighting against the Scourge. But this is only in contradiction because he was never ever did anything during the entire expansion. Saurfang is a legend, however Garrosh's two years isn't enough to replace an entire lifetime of war. He didn't take part in any significant Cataclysm conflict. Like the majority of MoP however, the only major battle in which he was associated was the battle at Ogrimmar.
It was too much to write this into words. Betwen both of them, Thrall lived the life of a true soldier. He spent most of his time leading his troops along frontlines. Garrosh talked about his plans and commanded his troops to perform his orders.
The people designing the cutscene arranged it up this way due to the pay off from a writing standpoint. Thrall had to be defeated before he could pull off his ace. This was done so that we, as the viewers could be able to feel the joy.
But it always rubbed me in the wrong way, and played out as it did. I hope this wasn't interpreted as mad fanboy ramblings. It's hard not to think this way.
In my opinion, Thrall was holding back during the majority of the fight. He wanted to teach Garrosh the right way to behave, was determined to take him down, but it was important. Then Garrosh made the "this was your fault" thing, and Thrall lashed out with the elements and killed Garrosh.
I've always believed the reason why the elements did not respond to him following that incident wasn't due to the fact that he "cheated," as so many people would want to believe. He had made them suffer in his anger. It's a fact he's still struggling to reconcile with even to this day.
Thrall was seen in the battle as serene and sad. He determined to get Garrosh to realize the qualities a true leader needs to offer, not just a warmonger. Garrosh didn't believe that Thrall had been incapable of understanding this and was becoming more apathetic in his view. He decided to end Garrosh for the sake of the Horde.
It also means that he did not succeed, he failed Garrosh and buy WOW TBC Gold himself as well as Grom. Because he had no purpose and conflict, he wasn't able to use the elements to his advantage.
