Brooms Up Cup
The Brooms Up Cup is a fantasy tournament that aims to help grow the sport we love and highlight the people who play it. It is being held in conjunction with the creation of a YouTube channel, also named "Brooms Up," to help others learn about quidditch and gain a sense of connectivity. We ask that GM potentials send videos explaining who they are and why they want to GM, and, to help GMs with their draft, we’re also asking players to send videos showcasing their talents and personalities. Interviews of players and GMs will take place during the tournament, and gameplay will be filmed with dedicated commentary. Players are also encouraged to send videos of their tournament experience, or even just silly quidditch videos of themselves. The final videos will be edited and made available after the tournament for viewing on the Brooms Up YouTube channel. (Video participation is voluntary for those who are camera-shy but want to play).
