Benchmark Program

BENCHMARK PROGRAM SUCCESS METRICS

Metrics were determined using the average numbers and answers in each category from 97 teams that completed the 2019-20 season benchmark survey and that also expressed that they will be renewing membership for the 2020-21 season. One goal of this survey was to identify success metrics for team operation. Giving teams an idea of the numbers they should be aiming for in various categories can provide a helpful starting point to a team’s season planning. We understand that scenarios will look different for each team, but we hope these numbers will spark some ideas as you look to plan your upcoming season.
