MARY KIMBALL
Executive Director | mary.kimball@usquidditch.org
As Executive Director, Mary Kimball (she/her) is responsible for the success of the organization and supervises the league's operations, programs, and staff. She is also responsible for setting and managing USQ's strategic plan and vision. She has been with USQ since 2015, serving as Assistant Events Manager, Events Mananger, and Events Director. She became Executive Director in 2019. Kimball has been working extensively with arts and sports non-profits for over 10 years. Her focuses include event planning, marketing and PR, fundraising and grant writing, program development, fiscal management, and staff and volunteer management. In addition to her time with small and grassroots nonprofits, she has significant experience collaborating with cities, park and recreation districts, school districts, and tourism bureaus. She has a B.A. in Drama with Honors in Stage Management from the University of California, Irvine (Zot, Zot!) and a certificate in Public Relations and Strategic Communications from the University of Washington.

MEGAN ANDERSON

Megan Anderson (she/her) supervises initiatives that work towards achieving key goals of recruitment and retention as outlined in the strategic plan, and to support the office of the Executive Director and communications. Anderson is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University and has been involved with the quidditch community since 2012, and has served in a number of different volunteer roles for USQ from executive assistant to hospitality manager at nationals and more. Outside of quidditch, she is the Special Projects Manager at Playhouse Square helping manage festivals, shows, and a variety of other programs.
Laura Porth

Laura Porth's (she/her) role as Director of Events & Partnerships is planning and execution of all USQ events and related programs, including USQ Cup, regional championships, event based partnerships, event bidding and sanctioning, and the tournament director certification program. In events, she supervises programs and services for hospitality, field staff and volunteers, and tournament directors. She has extensive experience with sporting events with the Tulsa Sports Commission, runDisney, and other organizations.
