All Day —Teams arrive at hotels.
5:00 p.m. — Library quidditch starts at Kennewick branch of the Mid-Columbia Library, 1620 S. Union St. Kennewick, WA
7:00 p.m. — Library quidditch ends
9:30 p.m. — Check-in begins at Clover Island
10:00 p.m. — Captains/coaches meeting #1
10:30 p.m. — Captains/coaches meeting #2
11:00 p.m. — Check-in ends at Clover Island
6:30 a.m. — Set-up begins with staff and volunteers
7:00 a.m. —Teams arrive and check-in begins (for players who did not check-in Friday)
7:00 a.m. — Gates open to the public
7:20 a.m. — Opening Ceremonies begin
7:30 a.m. — Coaches and captains meeting for those that didn’t check in on Friday, Referee and Snitch Runner Meeting
8 a.m. — Games begin
10:00 a.m.— Youth quidditch
2:00 p.m.— Youth quidditch
4:40 p.m. — Medal ceremony
Youth quidditch is a non-contact adaption of the sport that’s great for all ages. To participate, come to the HQ tent and fill out a waiver. We’ll give the participant a wristband. Show up at the kids area at the designated time. We will provide all the teachers and equipment!
Food will be available for purchase on site. Between the Buns will be selling hot dogs.
Parking is free. Bleacher seating will be available at each field.
USQ merchandise will be available for sale. We are selling trading cards, event t-shirts, hats, zip-ups, and more. We accept credit cards and cash.
